ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FOR THE APPLICATION PROCESS TO BE COMPLETE:
Pre-Kindergarten: 3 year old class
The child must be (3) years old by December 31 of the year they enter school
Pre-Kindergarten: 4 year old class
The child must be (4) years old by December 31 of the year they enter school
1. Official copy of the child’s birth certificate (long form)
2. Health records including up-to-date immunizations.
State of Connecticut health form completed by your physician.
Health records must include verification of Influenza (flu) Vaccine for student.
3. Application fee (non-refundable)
The Stamford Catholic Schools admit students
of any race, color and national or ethnic origin.
